Delivery and shipping

Your delivery will require a signature on receipt so please make sure that you have an appropriate address and somebody who can sign for it when your delivery arrives. Once sent, we cannot redirect it.

All orders have a tracking number and you can monitor it online to check the progress of your delivery. For international orders, please track your parcel using your country’s tracking postal services using the same tracking number.

Free shipping to Australian customers

Amber Lynx provides free express shipping on all orders from Australia with Australia Post. Depending where you live, processing and delivering the amber jewellery take approximately 1-4 days.

Shipping on International orders

A flat Rate of $30.00 with an express international courier via Australia Post will be charged. Delivery takes approximately up to 6 business days.

Please note, your delivery may experience delays because of customs. This is out of our control. Also, prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay their country’s import taxes when the parcel arrives, which may result in their parcel being returned to sender.
